for a teenager (17) to look after your dd in an out-of-school class

for an hour

and she had to help her but in a fun way and maybe help her on and off the loo

dd has CP but is bright and mobile, just needs a bit of help with some stuff

no specialist skills required I have a girl in mind I just don't want to look like a prannock when I speak to her

I'd check out how much she would get paid if she was working in a shop and offer same hourly rate (paying for travel time too if it's inconvenient logistically?) It would also be very good for her CV so more than just your payment out of it.

Well my gym creche is £4.70 an hour but I wouldn't pay an individual quite as much as that (creche staff are qualified and lots of toys), what about £4 an hour?
