I had a few drinks the other night which I am not supposed to do as I am on AD and have felt awful ever since. Yesterday it was a hangover but am not sure what it is today.

My jaw is clenching so it is now really sore, my head is banging, I am sweating but shivering and I thought I was going to pass out before.

On top of that I either have awful hayfever or the start of an awful cold.

So if you could all line up and be sypathetic please.

Any chance you could snuggle up in a duvet & watch a dvd by yourself? Not sure how old your los are.

Just be kind to yourself, don't try to do too much.

She is 6 we are all lounging anyway, dp is at home. Him and dd are watching a carry on film while I mumsnet.

Oh dear! Sounds like you need to take some paracetamol or ibuprofren and have an early night.

I am supposed to be cooking for a picnic. Will send dp out for paracetamol.
