I am sure I have asked this before but just searched archived stuff and can't find the thread at all.
I have a fab digi camera which I use to take MPeg4 films of DD.
I was able to view them on the computer using quicktime or real player a few months ago but every time I try to view one now, I just get the message that the films are in a format that quick time or real player doesn't understand.
Anyone know what I might be doing wrong?
I can't see the wood for the trees at the moment!!!

don't really know. but does the camera let you choose the format in which you can save the film? so that you choose one that your software can read. or can you load it up on the computer then save a copy as a different format?

Thanks guys.
Problem seems to be solved.
All films had quick time assigned as software to be used as this is what worked last time.
I tried using windows media player and they all work now.
Have no idea though why quick time and real player won't work.
Anyway, thanks for responding!
