Who is best? and are they really free???

no they usually arent really free, there are weekly subscriptions that cost a fortune. im cheeky and just ask people to bluetooth me ones i like. though i only ask people i know. i was once in a queue when my phone went off and the woman behind me said "oh my sister has been looking for that ringtone for ages but doesnt want to buy it, can you bluetooth me so i can give it to her?"

some are free..A friend of mine used to use cardboard fish but I think they may now charge..?

I always fancy a new ring tone but am also to tight to pay .
