Where can I get cheap barbie dolls from?

My DD has decided that she wants a barbie party for her 5th birthday. So we thought instead of giving away tat in the party bags, we would give the girls a barbie doll to take home. At the mo, the cheapest I can source them is £2.50 each - not bad, party bads aren't usually much cheaper... and at least it is something that will be kept . But can anyone find them anywhere cheaper?? Thanks

Charity shops

Carboot sale

Thanks for the suggestions... but if I'm giving them away as a party bag, I was kind of hoping for brand new ones. Not sure how some of the mums would react to a second hand barbie doll as a party bag gift.

A pound shop might do a barbie lookalike for, erm, a pound.

Or tesco

Sorry , sometimes I see ones that are still in their boxes. I can't believe you can get a genuine Barbie for only £2.50...

They're £5 in woolworths, but on a buy one get one free promotion, therefore £2.50 each

Not genuine Barbie, but similar, scented(!) dolls in Tesco for £2 each I think, but are on buy one get one free.

Thanks. I thought I had seen them, and went to look for those today, but they didn't have any at my local Tescos. That is ideal though, so will keep popping back and having a look. Ta.
