Where's the running thread hiding? Because I'm back!

OK so it was only a mile. And very slow. But it's a start.

I'm now 10 weeks post-part and having dropped most of the weight shockingly quickly (and with no effort) I'm now getting a bit squidgy round the middle [harrumph]. Time to get fit again.

Feeling good generally (yesterday was baaad though). DS2 is sleeping through the night (hurrah) but has terrible reflux (boo). Feeding is quite crap. But he's very amenable during the day and has enjoyed going to the seaside etc! My back is much, much better and I'm itching to get fit again but I think I'll have to do the run-walk-run for awhile. [po-face emoticon]

How are you and your back!?

(I'm now disappearing until much later due to work (boo again).

my back improved after 3 physio sessions but now (34 weeks) it is pretty pamts again but not as bad as before

considering going back to physio again
