looking for large size swim nappies

Does anyone know where
my friend can buy swim nappies (preferably eco reuseable/washable ones but doesn't have to be) for her 13 year old boy (40kgs) who's just had an operation on his colon?
Needs to be a website as we're in Spain. Many thanks

lots of the cloth nappy sites are SAHMs and would I am sure easily be able to make something that would fit him.
