Did anyone see Planxty at Barbican?

Just wondering, coz I thought it was just fantastic.

Didn't but used to have an Irish bf who would FORCE me to listen to Planxty. Bet he was there!
Surprised they're still going as this was '85!

tbqh, I am not a huge Planxty fan (in terms of records) but these boys (!!) know how to play- they are soooooo brilliant -I was in awe.

It was one of those fab nights of complete musical talent.

Also made me 'feel' something for my Irish roots (which are actually quite far back.. nevertheless...)

I am a big fan of Christy Moore though...anyone else?
