help regarding sizing MN'ers quickly

I want to buy one of the Zoggs sun protection float suits i have is the sizing it says 1-2yrs 11-15kg and 2-3yrs 15-18kg my 2 yr old is only 12 kg so should I buy the correct age or the correct weight? what do you think.
Answers please quickly I need to order it today so I can get it before we go on holiday.

Buy the correct weight. Everything's always too big, anyway.
