Can anybody please tell me if the signing that Justin does on Something Special is actually real signing from British Sign Language?

When I clicked on our TV guide yesterday, it mentioned the a special language was used to aid language skills, but it began with 'M'.

I agree- Justin is fab and he rightly deserved his MBE.

Makaton signs are based on BSL, though (so there's quite a bit of crossover, although Makaton is simpler).
