I had my colour print cartridge filled up by a company. After replacing it into my printer it still seems empty. Have they conned me or am i missing some vital step in the procedure. I am in the middle of a creative wind and this is damaging my energy, do they not know artists have delicate emotions.

fairyfly · 27/01/2005 19:04

Have they stuck a sticker over the opening that you need to remove ? (sorry if that is very obvious but I once did this with a new cartridge )
