Does anyone else have this phoenomenon in their family? No matter how much the female members of your family may bicker with each other, they can still get together to agree that you are wrong. My mum and her older sister have decreed that running is going to be the death of me. I have heard from both that I am going to a. ruin my joints b. get arthritis c. suffer heart problems, d.damage my back. These effects have been corroborated by various (un-named) medical professionals of their aquaintance who have seen it with their own eyes
Apparently I can get just as fit and lose weight with a simply stroll to the shops once a day.
Or is it just me?
