Start-rite sandles, what do you think ?

I've seen a pair of sandles on the start-rite web site but they are white patant leather. I've never seen sandles in patent before. Would they look like plastic ?
I like plain white as it goes with every thing but patent? I'm not sure.

The white traditional shoes look pretty but she is a G width with a high instep so it's a bit tricky.
I don't like the birkenstocks much.

She is 3 and a half. I dress her as a little girl too. She wears a lot of pretty smocked dresses. I'm addament she's not going to look like a bratz doll.

They are lovely, I think, but don't forget the Clarks sale started this week.

Got DD some lovely sandals for £14 instead of £26

DD has Birkinstocks like that, but in pink. £18 from Costco - and proper Birkinstocks too, not copies.

Oh right! I'll have a look at those then too.

Well enjoy dressing her like a little girl. Mine has just turned 4 and this morning decided she wanted to wear "a skirt and a dress". How does that work? Did actually end up in old but pretty navy and white dress that would have looked lovely with those white sandals.

I have never heard of Birkinstocks before. I bet they look sweet in pink.

DD has some similar white ones to the birkies but from Next that were bought for nursery but a waste of money (but at least not so much) because of the crocs.

Hulababy · 19/06/2008 22:10

Birkinstocks are quite wide fitting, and very adjustable.

Lucy likes to wear her fairy dress with every item of plastic jewelry, all her hair bands and her crocks. She would live in that if she could.

Hulababy - are they comfy? They do look it. I wouldn't mind some myself actually.
