The Neff instructions to use hot soapy water are useless. I need to clean the shelf/rack which is very dirty. In my main oven I use MrMuscle and Brillo. I'm nervous of damaging any coating on the rack as it is used for the microwave. I phoned the help desk and really they were no help. Has anyone tried something more aggressive on the microwave rack?
