I just get a funny noise and a message saying a pop-up was blocked? TIAXXX

if you have a pop up blocker it may be stopping the window from opening - i get round this by pressing the CTRL button

Thanks custardo - do you press it at the same time you're trying to open the window? Or after it's told you to bog off?

God I do sound like a complete saddo - it's just that dd1 wants to send them a picture she's drawn of one of their characters and I'm usually in such a tearing hurry in the mornings I haven't a clue what any of them look like. Honest
