Recommendation needed: supportive estate agent in Nottingham

Hi all,

I’m a single parent and recently split from my partner. We’ve agreed to sell the house, but I’ve never done this before and I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed. My ex isn’t very supportive so I’m looking for an estate agent in Nottingham who’s genuinely helpful, patient and good at explaining the process.

Any recommendations (or agents to avoid)? I’m especially interested in someone who’s strong on communication and sales progression, not just getting it on Rightmove. Thanks in advance!

Any particular part of Nottingham? If anywhere near Beeston, I would unequivocally recommend CP Walker. They were realistic, caring, really approachable and helpful and very knowledgeable right through the process.

Emma Terry acted as the seller’s estate agent when we bought our house. She was lovely and kept us informed at every stage. We were so impressed that we both said we’d choose her as our agent the next time we move.
