Poo withholding and Movicol

Hello,
Im in desperate need of advice.
My DD is 3years 10 months old, she has been on Movicol (one sachet a day) since the age of 1 due to extremely bad constipation. Since potty training over a year ago, we cannot seem to get her to poo on the toilet. It has been a never ending battle that we keep losing. She withholds her poos, becomes bloated and only insists on pooing in her pull up standing up, that we put on her to stop any withholding. We have tried all methods encouraging her to use the toilet, sticker charts, treats, toys etc but she becomes very upset to sit on the toilet and will not attempt to poo. She is brilliant at going a wee, will tell us when she needs to go, even at nursery. Pooing on the other hand, she will not tell us when she needs to go nor when she is going.. we never make it a stressful environment and congratulate her when she goes, even in her pull up.

has anyone experienced the same? I have reached out to my doctor to have her referred to an incontinence nurse and have spoken to ERIC nurses time and time again, I have tried every and all diets but nothing seems to help the poo either. The movicol works wonders, she never has hard poos and hasn't since starting it but I don't want her on it forever.
honestly just feel like a bit of a failure!

any help is greatly appreciated.

thank you.

Not quite the same as neither here on to start but both mine had this. But in their case they did get issues from withholding and impaction. We put them on movicol (doctors advice) and ramped up yo a really high dose until it basically came out whenever they went. Stayed there as they got used to it then gradually moved down by a quarter of a pack every few days. Took months in each case but worked in the end.
