Just had a nose and a) pleased they repainted it as it used to be entirely black and look lie the Addams family mansion but b) it was worth 1.8m in 2016 and neighbouring properties of a similar size and spec went for £2.3-2.5m in 2019.

I think it is massively over-valued in the marketing here - there is no way it is worth anywhere near £5m in the current market [am buying a zone 1 3bed-flat atm, so have some perspective]. Am a little mad with Omaze for misrepresenting this - It would be lucky to get £3-3.5m in an onward sale - which is still an incredible amount, anyway, so why the over stated price?

I think they get the house that have trouble with selling like- needs updating, or repaint the outside because it's black cheap, remodel them replace all the kitchen and electrical stuff furnish them and all the bedding thats how they come up with the price. I think the people who had it before that painted it black must be strange (brave) but strange, they would have had it priced lower for sale because it was black.
