Hi,
My average blood preasure for since 2023 is;
26 December 2025 135/97 mmhg
3 June 2025 140/90 mmHg
7 May 2025 128/86 mmHg
13 March 2025 124/93 mmHg
10 December 2024 130/80 mmHg
27 March 2024 138/70 mmHg
28 February 2024 134/84 mmHg
12 February 2024 142/95 mmHg
17 January 2024 130/94 mmHg
17 January 2024 140/90 mmHg
27 July 2023 138/97 mmHg

So what I would lovee to know is, is it normal for GP to not really be worrying enough about my readings? Or should I not be worrying about them? I was tried on medication a few months ago but it made me shakey and tired so they said to stop taking them, but I am worried it isnt being taken seriously enough.
I am a 36 year old female.

I had much higher blood pressure than yours and they did medicate me (which I hated). I’m older tho.

But I’ve got it down to about the level you are and they are happy. Exercise was what helped me.
