dd and i are feeling awful!!!

went to see my grandad on friday, and over the weekend he has come down with bad flu, he is aching all over and has been in bed since saturday afternoon, he didnt have any symptoms on friday though, now me and dd have just started with it, i feel awful and i am sure dd does too (not her usual happy self) and guess what?? its her 1st birthday on weds!!! had the day planned but i guess if we both get it as bad as my grandad (hes calling emergency doctor out this morn) we wont be going anywhere or doing anything.....i am so gutted!!!!

Hope you all recover soon and in time for dd to enjoy her 1st birthday

well its dd's 1st b'day today and we are both still mega ill, called doctor out this afternoon, give me antibiotics and dd could also need them in a couple of days (got to keep an eye on her)her temp been 39 and she wont stop crying, feel awful because its her b'day!! will prob wait till she better then do something for her b'day

Poor you two! Dp and I have had horrible horrible flu since last Friday. He's been especially bad, I can't remember the last time I saw him so laid up by something. Fortunately for us, so far, dd (2.3) has escaped! Don't worry too much about the birthday, dd won't remember it at 1 so you can do it again in a week or so all being well.
