Cheap car hire

We are going away for a few days in march and want to hire a car as ours is so small. Can anyone recommend any good, reasonable companies.

Have a look in Yellow Pages for a local firm, BH, cheaper than the big companies and probably at least as reliable, but you'd need to book early because they won't have many.

Holiday Autos here might have something, they broker for a number of bigger car hire cos and have proved cheaper when we've used them overseas.

WE've usually gone with Enterprise in the past. Go with a local firm to us, now.
