Inspired by the recent thread about online shopping, I am trying to visualize the future of town centres. I can easily imagine most bricks and mortar shops going under - a lot already have in my town.
Coffee shops and cafes will survive as well as nail bars, hairdressers and barbers, vape shops (until they are banned on health grounds), some large clothing shops such as TKMAXX.
Other than these, and I don't think these are enough to keep town centres alive, what do you think will happen?
