Why doesn't any channel show this over here? Just been watching clips on their website with dd, bert's reggae rubber duck song is so good!!

I loved SS as a child - can remember the first time I saw it in colour [oldie emoticon] and being mesmerised by how colourful the puppets were...

Maybe it's the fact that it's seen as very American that's why it's not on here much?

yes it was fab, the cookie monster game on the website is brilliant too. it always seemed to be on tv when i was smaller.

DS1 (12) wants to see series 1, which has now apparently been rated as 12 on DVD, as it shows The Cookie Monster smoking.

DS1 is such a rebel!

I'd love to see it back too. Would love to watch it with my DD. thisis great for a star spot too.
