WhatsApp Martinelli Video Rumour

I’m getting loads of messages warning me not to open a video called Martinelli if I receive it tomorrow because it contains a phone hacking virus. The messages say it was talked about on the radio, but I’ve heard nothing; and that the police gave issued earning about it too, again I’ve heard nothing. Does anyone know if there’s any truth in the rumour?

Why do you think you are going to be a target for this? Who is going to be sending it to you?

I don’t think I’m a target, just wondering if there’s any truth in the rumour because 3 separate friends have forwarded the “warning” to groups I’m in.
