Hello,
I’m just wondering how people found it when having a second child?
I would love to have another child and so would my partner. My daughter will be two soon and I know that she would love a sibling too.

They are greater than the sum of their parts.

Newborn to six months - easy. Baby in a carrier the whole time so could do everything apart from swimming as normal with my toddler (just turned two when baby was born).

Six months to 18 months - very very hard. As soon as the baby could move the toddler suddenly noticed her and naturally didn't like that she destroyed his train track and bumped and grabbed him. Took constant management and me sitting on the floor between them actively supervising while they played, and the toddler still got in some good hits despite that.

2+ it's been great. They now play together and generally get on well.
