before i got pg, i had a good appetite. whilst pg my appetite was the same, when i was 7 months pg and onwards i was starving and my appetite was mental. since i had baba 16 wks ago, my appetite is tiny. i can only have 2 weetabix for brekky where before i had 4 weetabixs and 2 toasts (before i got pg as that what my normal brekky was like), ive tried 3 weetabixs and i was in pain as i felt i ate too much. im not complaining but is anyone same as me?

I think pregnancy/post-natal period your metabolism sometimes resets itself, maybe that's how it is with you.

BL - maybe it's your body trying to get back to normal - and erm....2 weetabix for brekkie doesn't really constitute a 'tiny' appetite!!

Bigiips. I'm not sure this is what you're talking about, but I put on about 4 stone when pregnant - ate everything in sight. And then immediately after giving birth and for about 3/4 months I found it really difficult to eat - like I'd lost all appetite and the thought of food made me feel queasy. I put it down almost to some sort of post-traumatic response to labour and the painful tiredness of the first few months - but then I was a complete wreck!
My appetite did come back, alas before I lost too much weight

I breastfed too - so was rather worried about supply and complete lack of appetite. In the end managed with energy bars and milkshakes which I could just about stomach. Now of course, I could eat a horse!

My appetite left after the birth of ds. I was bfing but didn't worry about supply cos I was, for want of a better word, a cow. Had loads of the white stuff.

Weight came off beautifully, but agree, there is about half a stone I can't shift.

Would come off with exercise I'm sure, but I hate exercise.

well im not bf (only managed for 2 days ) so hoping i go back to my normal(ish) size before i was pg
