Birthday presents for 11 year old

For those of you with daughters of 11 these days - what do they like? My granddaughter asked me to get her "a surprise". She's got a laptop, mobile, things like that, but what could I get for about £60? Any ideas, please?

any hair accessories she likes? Like straighteners, curlers or even a hair dryer?
does she have her nails done? A nice polish or set with a uv lamp?
make up, or play it safe with make up brush set and a voucher?
