Recently diagnosed with PCOS (under a week ago). All I’m getting from family is “you need to start trying now for babies” “you need to do this” “you need to do that”. All revolving around getting pregnant.
my doctor also informed me that I have a very low chance of pregnancy happening due to fertility issues they incidental found.
i can’t take comments about pregnancy from family

I'm sorry I don't have any practical advice but wanted to say I'm sorry you have gotten this news, it must be hard to process let alone with family sticking their oar in.
I would maybe post this in the pregnancy forum for more helpful responses if the fertility aspect is something you want to discuss. If it's the family side then post in relationships

PCOS is extremely common, 1 in 10 women has it. I don’t know what other issues you have but most women with PCOS are able to get pregnant eventually, maybe with some medical assistance.

The first thing I would do is tell your family you don’t want to hear anything about it from them again.

Then I would think about treatment. Do you actually want to get pregnant? How old are you? Women with PCOS often have higher ovarian reserves than other women of a similar age. Has your doctor talked about any non-fertility treatments eg metformin, lifestyle changes? There are also supplements you can take like inositol and vitamin D.
