My engagement ring is leaving me marked anyone ever had this before.

You are possibly allergic to the metal or have had some soap/ water under your ring and it’s irritated the skin

What metal is it? My friend had this with a white gold wedding ring despite her white gold engagement ring being fine. It was the alloy used in the white gold.
