Does anyone know anything about publishing children's books?

I have a set of images for young babies I have been working on and he response has ben v positive so far DH has suggested I compile them into a book. What do I do next?

There is an artist & writers yearbook you can buy with a list of publishers in. Then whittle the list down to ones that would suit your topic and style and send off copies to them. There's loads of good advice in the book about how to go about it.
