Mark on toddlers face

My little one has had this mark on his face, next to his mouth for around 10 months. I’ve been told it could be eczema however it is not dry or flakey. I’ve tried bioskin consistently and it hasn’t changed the mark in the slightest.

Any idea what this could be? Is it just a birth mark?

You need to see a dermatologist.

was it a gp that told you it was eczema?

I’d want a referral, I’m not an expert but it doesn’t look like eczema.
