Fractured ribs

I fractured 3 ribs on Saturday, the pain is horrendous. I’ve been prescribed co-codamol but it’s not very effective. Any advice would be great . Anyone tried Arnica

I’ve done both sides of my ribs and it’s agony. I really feel for you Op.

You must rest and breathe properly. Stay on top of painkillers, don’t wait until it’s hurting. What can you take alongside cocodamol?

Unfortunately it’s just a case of time.
