Clothing dye removal

Hoping someone can help, wasn't sure what topic to post under 🤔 so I bought this top from a charity shop but it has some kind of clothing dye/paint on the back which isn't part of the original top. I thought it looked quite good at first but now want to try and remove it. What would be the best way to do this? Would it even be possible?

That looks like bleach, your best bet is to either bleach or get a dye remover like the dylon one for the whole t-shirt, it will all go that reddish colour. Then you could dye it black. Or you could take a risk and dye it all a darker colour first, but the design might stay visible.
