New style esa advance??

Has anyone else gotten a esa advance? I have my first telephone appointment with them Thursday. My fridge freezer has broken and I need to replace asap but don’t get paid for another 3 weeks. The only other benifit I get is low rate pip and child benefit so I can’t ask for one through uc as I’m not entitled to it. Just what to know what my chances are getting an advance from them Thursday to replace my fridge before payday

Yes you can apply for an esa advance.

Should be able to get one. But have you checked the local Facebook selling pages / Freecycle? You can often get things like that for free or very low cost

Can I apply before my telephone appointment Thursday or do I have to have the appointment first?
