What’s everyone 23 month + toddler routines?
my 23 month old shares a room with her big sister age 4. My oldest is shattered and ready for bed at 7pm whenever we take the 23 month old to bed she disturbs her (we have white noise doesn’t help) currently she is awake 630 naps 12-130 bedtime 7/7.15 but can take 45 mins to get her off. We’ve resulted in holding her to sleep to stop the shouting/laughing messing around so she doesn’t disturb our eldest.
I don’t know if she needs more awake time or less I’ve tried 30 mins back and forward.
any advice?
