I recently moved house, my son ordered something expensive from his first pay check, and forgot to change the delivery address, it isn't far away , so i knocked and asked if they had the parcel said no, even though email to say delivered. i contacted EVRI who said was delivered and had a photo, so went back and said i was waiting for shipping evidence, was calm through out, never accused and was polite. went back today which showed her partner with parcel in hand, showed her photo and email from EVRI and said we didn't accept it. can tell she was lying. she called the police and said i was harassing her, which i wasn't. i just wanted to show her the proof. police were nice and said was my word against hers and not to go again.

that’s very cheeky. Unfortunately, nothing you can do. If the courier delivered it to a neighbour because you weren’t in, you could ask for a replacement but because you put the wrong address in, you won’t have a leg to stand on. Sorry

I’d report it stolen.

Yes.

Another poster had a very similar scenario recently and the police are investigating because there is proof that the parcel was delivered to the address.

@sars125sdsd there is another thread about this issue running at the moment it is by @BitOutOfPractice and the thread title is: To want my parcel - woman denying accepting it but I have a photo

Hello. Yes I’m just in this same scenario. I reported to the police online and they are investigating. And my Item was not expensive. I’d give it a go.

You have a photo from Evri of someone with your parcel. Demand that the police do their job and apprehend the thief.
