My neighbours built extension accessed my garden without permission I let that go but they broke up concrete down side of conservatory dug a large hole and still not repaired it after 3 years am I within my rights to make them pay for someone else to fix it

Well you could ask but why wait three years? This should have been part of the planning/party wall act (as it’s so close to the boundary). It should have been agreed at the time who would he responsible for repairs. They might not even know it’s there!

I arranged times with them to do it having to move water butt and bits I kept down side of house they didn't turn up. When I told them I wasn't happy with continual intrusion into my property ie putting up scaffolding into my garden trampling on flower beds and was told well dont put plants in until we finish and putting breeze blocks in garden without permission whilst they built extension and told builders no they couldnt but they ignored me and pushed me out of way, putting in new fence badly where all weeds grow under fence as inches from ground. They have no respect as I am pensioner
