I am after a rough guide on timelines
We put it acceptance letter last week to council instructed a solicitor and have mortgage evaluation tomo .
It's our first time buying a property and just need people's experience of when it would roughly go through and when do you normally pay the solicitors?
I like saving weekly so would like a guideline so I can split cost over the weeks
