Between 6.30 and 7.30, they get up between 6 and 7.

depends on the day - if a nursery day up about 7 and breakfast about 7.20am. If a none nursery day, up about 7.30 - 8.00 and breakfast about 8.30.

ds(1 1/2) is awake from 6.15/6.30ish and dd(4 1/2) is awake any time from 7am - they both get breakfast at around 7.45/8am.

if it's a nursery morning, they get fed at 8. If it's not, then they get their breakfast when they ask for it. They don't seem to be particularly hungry when they first wake up, so sometimes it is 10 o'clock ish.

posieflump · 20/05/2008 12:41

they get breakfast as soon as they get up so anytime from 6.30am

Not long after she gets up so about 8.30 generally sometimes as early as 7.30 but not too often thankfully. She generally asks for breakfast as is hungry when she wakes which is no bad thing IMO as I am not a first thing in the morning eater and hated having to eat breakfast before school and even now have breakfast after I get to work.

ah thankyou squonk, that's just what i wanted someone to say. ds is nearly 2 though so doesn't ask for his breakfast, but i tend to leave him til about 9 or 10 cos that's when i eat mine but that can mean he's been up 3 hours before he eats anything.

school days, they get up 7.30 have breakfast 8.00. Weekends get up 8.00-8.30 and have breakfast anytime between 8.45 and 9.30

NA - if he was hungry and wanting breakfast, you would know about it!

Some days, I can't get dd2 to eat anything at all. On a nursery morning I often take a banana and ask them to feed it to her at some point. Sometimes she doesn't bother even when it's not a nursery morning.

Don't worry, you aren't going to starve him.
