Hi, We have been renting in a lovely small cottage for 5 years, we have a side alleyway through our front gate going to our back gate, the next door neighbour moved in a few months ago, now according to our landlord the alleyway is his/ours and the neighbour has access to be able to use her back gate.When the neighbour moved in they left around 10 black rubbish bags in the alley, which as I was clearing my own rubbish, I also cleared their bags as well, also the guy asked if he could keep his bike in the alley, I explained that he can't as the landlord would not like it, as firstly its not their alleyway and secondly it would be blocking it, including getting to our back gate, he was fine with it but now they have put a bed base in the alley, next to their back gate, but in the alley, personally I would rather just ignore it, but the wife is P**d off about it, Am I within my rights to ask them to move it?
