Am writing my resignation letter

Do I say I am writing to tender/ offer or what my resignation. Have taught all day and my brain hurts too much too think!

Say: please take this of notice of my resignation from the post of .... from (such a date).

If you want to follow that up with some nicety about how wonderful it was to work with your boss etc that's up to you.

Are you OK about it? Or are you reacting to a bad day?

I am fine about it, I already have another job so it is not a quick decision.

Am not stressed just knackered and I keep putting off handing in my notice as I will miss the school but it needs to be done.
