You simply have to click on it and someone will receive basic food provision for one day. It is a sponsored site and you pay NOTHING but help someone (it has been checked to make sure it is genuine). He suggested doing it every day as a new year's resolution - perhaps everyone could do it before logging on to mumsnet?
