Mole checks

The picture of my mole on the left was Jan and the picture in the right is today. I’m due a check up in 4 months, due to it getting abit darker should I call tomorrow? It’s on my back

Yes please do. I had one exactly like this and luckily my GP had spent time in a dermatology dept at hospital so recognised it. Darkening like that needs attention. I had mine removed on the day of my appointment. No problems since and it was around 10 years ago.
