Me and my husband are looking to buy a property-first time buyers but our budget currently only allows 2bedroom in the area we want. We have no kids but we want to start in the next year or so, max 2. Should we buy 2bedroom property now, live there for maybe 10years and scale up? how easy or difficult is it to adjust as a family of 4 in a 2bedroom house or should we save more and wait longer to get 3bed?
