DWP fraud accusation

Hi my friend has been reported to DWP falsely, they've sent her a letter to say she will be investigated, when they contact her on the phone will they provide her all of the information in detail that the informant told them as she thinks she will be able to identify who it is who’s reported her if they tell her exactly what the person has said? Thanks

Did she just get a letter saying she would be investigated or actually told she'd been reported?
FYI - they know to the penny how much is in the bank. If she's nothing to hide then she doesn't need to worry but I guess they'd check everything not just what had been reported.
