Am I a complete pushover? Long sorry

In short - bought a pushchair it wasn't in great shape, but ok, didn't like it put it on ebay and the woman who bought it isn't happy and wants to send it back with me paying postage. I can see where she is coming from, having reread my ebay description the things she is on about aren't mentioned in great detail, I admit. It annoys me hugely as I am usually so good with my descriptions and have always had happy buyers. Anyway she bought it for 30 less than I paid for it, and she now wants her money back and 32 for the postage. This is so not good for my mssive overdraft, I thought I was being sensible in selling the bloody pushchair to make a bit of cash, its really upset me
AND I ordered 2 sleeping bags for dd as she is too hot in her 2.5 togs but as she has never slept without one she is waking really early which is throwing her naps out and sending our lives into chaos (well more than it normally is what with the house on the market and dp working 18 hour days to pay the mortgage...!) Anyway sleeping bags didn't arrive, so they said they'd redeliver, so I phoned to double check they were on the van and yes they were. Waited in all day from 8~7 (and what a glorious day to miss, especially with poor dd going insane with being kept in all day, joy!) and guess what... So I phoned them and she said oh blah your address must have confused them (WHAT??) and they'll arrive on WEDNESDAY. Thats because I phoned after 5pm so it couldn't be next day. Well, I was waiting for the delivery until 7, so phoning them at 5 would have been silly, no? I feel like I should have yelled a bit and got them delivered for tomorrow.
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh sorry to rant so much I just feel like a bit of a pushover and am really annoyed

yelling generally gets you no where with these companies dont forget you are usually dealing with call center agents who get yelled at all day and putting thier backs up wont help you get what you want they will be less inclined to help asking to speak to manager and calmly telling them you will be complaining to head office if you dont get x, y and z (free delivery on a morning time maybe?) usually works better.

as for ebay how far away does the buyer live couldnt you collect it? just try sticking it straight back on for collection only that way ppl will view it before hand and there wont be any postage costs

I know I used to work in a call centre hence why I was nice to the helpful nice lady, I think its just the thought of more super early mornings and the incompetence of the delivery driver.
She lives MILES away and I did put collection only and she asked if she could organise the courier and I said yes. Stupid stupid, I should have just kept the damn thing.

oh poor you! i used to work in a callcenter too!! its awfull isnt it!

call the call center tomrrow and ask for a manager tell them that because you have been messed about so much you think it is only fair that yo be given a delivery time slot so you at least have some idea of when it will come, there might not be any need to get up early

just stick back on ebay or put it in ad mag maybe? im sure you will get something back for it

It isn't fun and I am all too aware of people who think their problem is the only one you are dealing with! That is a very good plan, I'll do that, thanks
God I hope so, its been such a pain! They seem to have gone down in price loads in the last few months which is depressing as now I have paid for it and postage on it twice!!

know what you mean about the buggys prices!! my sis is always selling hers and buying new ones on ebay (and trying to get me to, she has an obession i think)!! she says they have gone down a lot too!
