Has anyone used CLAIROL nice and easy in the past few months, I have and for at least 10 years but never again.
I have always used the ash brown range, they must of changed the formulation because I bought the permanent medium ash brown that I have used since I can remember, I always follow the instructions, so I used it as usual and when I rinsed and conditioned my hair I burst into chears/cried 😱ðŸ˜I literally felt sick my hair was black with brown patches also hair broke off on parts of my scalp now I have spiky bits on my head , and also it is not as strong as it used to be because my grey roots show through within 2 weeks so I have to spray it with root colour spray for about a month as to not damage my hair , what the hell is going on😡 I have tried all natural ways to to lighten it nothing works as it's permanent I have been on the internet for days to find the best and safest way in buying a colour remover, I have found one I will come back to let you know the name of it if it works. So 🤞fingers crossed.
