If we donate for Myanmar will it just be seized by the military there? Or is it worth doing?

I cried in the hairdressers yesterday at a photo in The Guardian of a dead family, including children and I'd like to donate something but can anyone tell me about this? And if so, are they letting any aid workers in so who is best to donate to? DEC? Medecin Sans Frontiers? Who?

I've donated to DEC via Save the Children. I have no idea whether the money will buy aid that reaches the families, but I couldn't not do something.

I saw that pic too www
