I had acrylics done at Xmas, my hands were frozen at the time and the guy doing my nails wouldn't let me warm them up under the heater but did say acrylic wouldn't take as well to cold nails. Within less than a week one nail broke but it broke half way down my natural nail along with my natural nail, 3 days later another one broke half way down taking my natural nail with it, I contacted salon to see if they could help and they said it was against there company policy, I asked for a copy and they refused to give it to me. However going on my nails have been bruised underneath the nail bed, I went to doctors Monday due to one nail/finger infected now both my hands are infected/blistering. Any advice please?
