I wondered what other peoples experiences are and if this is a ‘triphasic’ chart?
I am currently cycle day 25 and ovulated on cycle day 16 so I am 9dpo. I have been tracking my BBT for many months now (been ttc for 18 months) and never had a second spike in temperature that has stayed consistent for 3 days. This second spike happened at 7dpo.
this is my first cycle of clomid and metformin as I have pcos. I also had a hycosy procedure at the start of January - all clear.
trying not to get my hopes up!
